These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cspelling app and website (the "Service"), operated by Correct Spelling ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Using the Service

Cspelling provides English vocabulary learning through spelling and listening practice. You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial learning. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in unauthorised ways, or copy or redistribute its content without permission.

Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may also use parts of the Service as a guest, without an account.

Subscriptions and billing

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, audio, design, and branding, is owned by Correct Spelling and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or content beyond using the Service as intended.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep it accurate and reliable, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every learning goal. Cspelling is a learning aid and does not guarantee any particular result on exams such as IELTS.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Correct Spelling will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Service, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. When we update the Terms, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
