Common questions

How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Sign in with the same account, then use the "Restore Purchases" option in the app. Your subscription is tied to your App Store or Google Play account.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through your store account. On iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of your paid period.

My progress isn't saving.
Make sure you're signed in to an account rather than using guest mode — guest sessions are not stored. If you're signed in and still see an issue, email us.

The audio for a word sounds wrong or won't play.
Check your device volume and connection, then reopen the word. If a specific word still has a problem, tell us which one and we'll fix it.

How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the app, which removes your stored progress. You can also email us to request deletion.
