Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cspelling is a subscription that unlocks the full set of spelling levels and features. You can subscribe on the web, on iOS (App Store), or on Android (Google Play). How refunds and cancellations work depends on where you subscribed, because each store handles its own payments.

Try before you pay

The first part of the A1 level is free on every platform. You can use it to see how Cspelling works and decide whether it suits you before any payment is taken.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that. Cancelling stops future charges; it is not itself a refund of a charge already made. Where you cancel depends on the platform:

Refunds — web (Paddle)

Web purchases are handled by our online reseller, Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for those orders. A charge may appear on your statement as Paddle or Paddle.net.

Because a free portion of the app is available before purchase, refunds for web subscriptions are limited to a 14-day window from the date of a charge, and to cases where you were charged in error or the app did not work as described. To request one, email support@cspelling.com with the email used at purchase and, if you have it, the Paddle order number.

Refunds — iOS & Android

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are sold by Apple or Google, not by us, so their refund policies apply and we cannot issue those refunds directly:
